Last season, the New York Jets sneaked into the playoffs with a 9-7 record. It’s not how you get there, but what you do when you get there that counts, and the Jets made last season’s playoff appearance count.  They defeated Cincinnati and San Diego on the road before losing to Indianapolis in the AFC title game.
